We use Australia Post for shipping.
We ship Monday - Friday throughout Australia, delivery usually takes 1-3 days.
Delivery to New Zealand usually takes 5-10 days.
For items required sooner and shipment overseas please contact us.
A tracking number will be sent to you to allow you to follow your order.
Returns Policy
As a consumer you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Pearl & Silk.
If an item has a minor problem with it, Pearl & Silk can choose to either exchange, refund or repair the item. Any items which Pearl & Silk chooses to exchange must be in a saleable condition, that is the original labels are attached, the item is in its original packaging and the item is unused, unworn and in an 'as sold condition'.
If an item has a major fault, you can choose whether to have Pearl & Silk provide you with an exchange, refund or repair.
